Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking) to initiate a return. All return requests must be approved before sending items back.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. All return and refund requests are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria or if there are any concerns regarding the order, including but not limited to high-risk orders, customers with a history of excessive returns, or if the order was flagged for suspicious activity. Return shipping on orders placed in the US is covered by us and will not be charged to the customer or deducted from their refund total.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@marii.store. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item(s) as received. Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval or outside the return window will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
If your item does not meet the eligibility criteria upon return, it will not qualify for a refund. Please note, we do not inspect returns prior to a decision. If an item is returned without meeting the criteria, it will not be refunded, and we will not reship ineligible returns. We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding return eligibility.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Provide clear photos so we can assess the situation. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For any questions, please contact us.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Custom products, including personalized items, are also final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the item (if eligible) and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers in the European Union are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we will not cover these expenses.

Refunds
Once we approve your return, we will refund your purchase to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping times and bank processing may affect when you see the funds. If your purchase qualified for a promotional offer (e.g., free gift or gift card), the value of the promotion will be deducted from your refund total unless the full offer requirements are still met. A 30% restocking fee may also be applicable to any return, depending on the nature or status of the order, at our sole discretion.
